We are trying to plan a winter trip to the north.
We live in Indian plains and are not used to anything below 3-4 degrees at the lowest.
We will be in Moscow-> St. petersberg -> Sortavala -> Petrozavodsk -> Kirovsk -> Murmansk.
Today I was reading of the temperature and the day length in December and was shocked to see 0 day length
Now that has scared me a bit about the idea of going their on our own.
I have never seen the northern lights and would be a very old bucketlist item checked.
of course the sledge and other snow fun.
But is it doable on our own in a city with 0 daylength?
I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
